Skip Clinic- Intermediate 4/3

This 1 hour classroom session followed by 1 hour of on ice is the second level (out of three) for curlers interested in learning about the skipping role. We will review some topics from the beginner session, as well as dive deeper into stone weight, calling shots, reading ice and stone management, advanced sweeping calls, advanced strategies, and scoring measurements. All of this is geared towards developing and training world class skips right here in KC.

About...
 What: Skipping Clinic Level 2 -Intermediate. This is the prerequisite for the Skipping Clinic Level 3 - Advanced class. The class will be taught by Jeremy Katz, 8 year curler with skipping experience at collegiate curling events, vice-skip for the current KC BBQ Bonspiel champion team.

 Who: Curlers that have 2+ years curling experience as well as skipping experience, or curlers that have completed Level 1.

 When: April 3rd from 12:30pm-2:30pm (On ice from 1:30pm-2:30pm)

 Where: Kansas City Curling Club 2525 A Northwest South Outer Rd (lower level) Blue Springs

 Individual Cost: $10 members $25 for non-members
