Winter Sunday Open Play 2-330pm
About...
Open to everyone, learn strategy and teamwork in a fun and social environment. Play once a week (barring holidays and special events). New curlers must take a learn to curl any time prior to the first week of the Open Play.
Who: Anyone wanting to curl is welcome, new or experienced, individually or together with friends. We have 8 spots available on a first-registered basis. Weekly signup will also be available.
When: Sundays 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. 7 games over 11 weeks. No curling on 1/12, 2/1 due to bonspiels/holidays.
Where: KC Curling Club 2525 NW S Outer Rd, Blue Springs, MO 64015
What to Bring:
- Wear a clean pair of soft rubber soled shoes that have good grip on a smooth surface.
- Layered loose fitted clothes that will keep you warm at 45 degrees.
- We have limited helmets, so you are welcome to bring your own if you want additional safety while on the ice rink.
- Signed Waiver or be prepared to sign one at the rink.
Individual Cost: $70 for members and SDP registrants and $175 for non-members for 7 games over the entire session
