This is for New curlers , a volunteer club member will show you the fundamentals to sliding a stone and sweeping. Building the foundation to your curling skills while acclimating you to the ice and ready to play a match your next time out.

 Who:   Anyone wanting to curl is welcome.  Curlers are typically 8-80+ years.  man and woman.  Most try as individuals, though it is not uncommon to see spouses, mother/daughters, friends, associates, etc. try it out together.

 When:   At time posted, Offered anytime we have an open sheet during league play or at special event like our Holiday LTC between Christmas and New Years or Valentine Day Weekend.

 Where:   Line Creek Community Center 5940 NW Waukomis Drive, Kansas City, MO 64151

 What to Bring: 

• • Wear a clean pair of soft rubber soled shoes that have good grip on a smooth surface
  • Layered loose fitted clothes that will keep you warm at 45 degrees. 
  • We have limited Helmets, so you are welcome to bring your own if you want additional safety while on the ice rink.
  • Signed Waiver for Child or be prepared to sign one at the rink.

 Individual Cost:   $25 per individual normally,  $15 if you join a league afterwords or a group up to 10 individuals can rent a sheet for $150.  Payment cash, check or via credit card using square.

 Sheet Rental:   If you want the entire sheet for your group,  you will want to register 10 spots.  otherwise we will let others fill spots that are left available.  If 10 spots are not available then you will either share the remaining spots or the sheet will not be available.

 Cancellation:   We reserve the right to cancel any learn to curl and will notify you before hand and will refund your payment.
